HighWater maintains a bespoke client database that signals when your annual service is due, prompting us to contact you to arrange a suitable time to carry out the servicing works.
Works undertaken typically include: routine maintenance of water treatment equipment, routine maintenance of pump control equipment, tank cleaning and disinfection, borehole cleaning and disinfection and water sample collection and off-site analysis to ensure ongoing compliance.
We typically contact our clients a few weeks in advance of the scheduled date for the servicing works to arrange a mutually convenient date for a visit from one of our dedicated servicing engineers. We aim to cover as many clients as possible in a given geographic area during a visit, to ensure that travel costs and expenses are kept to a minimum for everyone.
